The guayabera or Cuban Guayabera is a typical Latin America shirt which most likely has it origins in the Philipines, brought over to Cuba and by the Spanish from where it spread into central America. It is a shirt which is considered more formal, worn outside of the pants and characterized by the three rows of pleats which are seen both on the front and back. Apart from those distinctive pleats there are various pockets and little decorative buttons. It is a shirt we have not yet had before but we totally love it as it hits that unique combination between summer and chique. This is light green one without emboidery but with classic vertial stripes.
