This is the Dutch Army Field Coat that started being used in the late 1950s replacing the HBT Jacket. The design of this jacket takes detail from the American M-51 field coat, but also some British design elements like the flapped angled pockets. It is done in a heavy windproof and water resistant 100% cotton fabric.
